Wholesale pricing and orders
This website is a wholesale catalog and quote-request service. An inquiry, quote cart or account registration does not place an order. A written quotation or invoice confirms the product specifications, stock, minimum order, unit and carton pricing, freight, taxes, payment terms and delivery arrangements.
Wholesale prices are private. Access requires sign-in, a complete business profile and approval by our team. Only confirmed prices with a current validity date are shown; other products require a written quote. No product availability, delivery date, resale margin or sales volume is guaranteed by a catalog listing.
Returns and product questions
Ask our team to include the applicable inspection, damage-reporting, return and warranty terms in your written quotation before you place an order. Contact us with your order reference and product details if something is wrong with your delivery.
Privacy
We collect the contact and business details you choose to provide in account registrations, quote requests, inquiries and newsletter signups. We use them to operate your account, respond to requests and send updates you have subscribed to. Our website host processes form submissions and stores account records on our behalf.
Passwords are stored as salted password hashes. The website uses a secure session cookie for sign-in. Saved products and draft quote items are stored locally in your browser. This version does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics.
When you open a WhatsApp link and send a message, WhatsApp processes that communication under its own terms. Carrier tracking links take you to the carrier's website.

Product and trend information
Images and descriptions come from the supplied product catalog and product folders. Confirm exact options, compatibility and packaging in your quote. Trend picks are editorial selections based on linked category-level sources; they are not a verified sales ranking for individual products.
Products must be suitable for the buyer's intended use and destination. Ask for any required product documentation before ordering. Adult-use sporting or novelty items should be stocked and displayed appropriately.
