Ask which products are available at the US warehouse, what the carton quantities are and when the order can dispatch. Confirm the actual stock location before making delivery commitments.
For a larger sourcing brief
Write down your specification, target quantity, packaging requirements and destination. Ask for sample options and a written breakdown of the commercial terms before committing to a bulk order.
Compare total cost and timing
Compare the complete delivered quotation, not just the product price. Include freight, applicable duties and handling, inspection needs and lead time. A larger order is only useful if your sales and storage capacity support it.
Make expectations explicit
Agree on product options, packing and the handling of defects or shortages before you pay. Keep the written quotation and product specifications with your order record.
